- Bernard Tan Min Chun lived in Penang , Malaysia . Graduated (2 nd July, 2004) at Wanganui School of Design in the New Zealand where he received a Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design [ the requirement of the Universal College of Learning and the University of Waikato ] & Graduated [ 10th June 2003 ] at De Monfort University, UK, Diploma of Higher Education with Merit ( Computer Graphic Design ) – born photographic artist start the TanMinChun.com/ Social Bookmark my Blog Daily to produce printbase design, mixed media artwork., interactive and installations presenting his photography –base work.
